Some visitors encounter genuinely helpful, photo-ready staff; others face gatekeeping (minimum orders, group-size enforcement, prohibition on outside food and outside photos without a purchase), and several recount episodes of rudeness that felt controlling or unwelcoming, especially to children or customers unfamiliar with the model.
